Marcela Lepore
CEO of FoRSE, holding a PhD in Economics, a Master's in Business Administration from the Robert G. Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore, USA, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the National University of Lomas de Zamora, Argentina, with a Postgraduate Degree in Public Administration.
With over 15 years of experience, she has been helping entrepreneurs and managers in the public and private sectors manage their organizations responsibly. Her specialization focuses on studying human resources within organizations and their impact on competitiveness. Now, she's extending her services to Australia.
As a researcher and international lecturer, her articles have been published in national and international scientific journals. In 2020, she published her book titled 'Construyendo una Cultura Organizacional Socialmente Responsable' by Ed. Dunken.
Mario Helfenstein
Partner and current head of public affairs, PhD in Economics, holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the National University of Lomas de Zamora and an MBA from the University of Baltimore (USA), Postgraduate in Control and Management of Public Policies (FLACSO) With more than 25 years of development in the public sector and more than 20 years of experience in university teaching in administration.
He currently directs the State Modernization Institute (IME) of the National University of Lomas de Zamora, for the Argentinian clients.
